Job Description

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to work onsite, Monday - Wednesday, in Plano, TX reporting to the Director of Payroll Services. This position processes payroll for assigned hospitals; is responsible for the implementation of the UltiPro payroll system at start-up hospitals; maintains payroll information in the automated payroll system and generates reports as needed.

Major Responsibilities include:

• Process and submit payroll for all assigned facilities
• Excels at swiftly and accurately inputting all employee maintenance data such as new hires, terminations, increases, transfers, etc.

• Work with facilities to assure the accuracy of each payroll
• Actively involved in the implementation of UltiPro payroll system at new and start-up hospitals
• Provide support and/or assistance to facilities as needed
• Balance payroll for all assigned facilities
• Generates Payroll reports as needed
• Organizes hours and input for weekly Productivity Reports
• Balances and approves the process of all W-2s & W-3s
• Balances and approves the process of all Quarterly Payroll Reports
• Performs research projects as requested

• Represent Community Hospital Corporation at designated meetings.

• Upholds and supports the company's mission, goals, and objectives.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
