The Asset Management Team is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Lease Administrator to join our Asset Management Team. Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management, the ideal candidate should be a team player and reliable. They should have the ability to work independently and collaborate as a team.

Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and maintain all pertinent data related to leased aviation assets.
• Prepare and submit monthly rent invoices to customers on a timely basis.
• Monitor and communicate key dates such as lease expirations, insurance renewals, commencements, and rent increases to internal stakeholders.
• Work with the accounting and finance team on an ongoing basis to confirm payments.
• Create detailed checklist to track the status of each lease to ensure customer compliance with lease terms.
• Perform lease audits and status reports.
• Provide general assistance with other needs within the Asset Management Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Experience in commercial real estate lease administration a plus
• Extremely detailed oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of lease terminology and documentation a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills

This position is an on-site role, requiring full-time, in-person attendance at our Fort Lauderdale, FL Headquarters.
